I have twice visited Tideswell Pharmacy this week for my 90 year old mum. All the staff have been helpful and delightful.  Last week mum had her spring covid vaccine. No wait and didn't even feel the injection. Today my mum realised she had lost some of her tablets when she dropped them. Her surgery hadn't sent the prescription they had promised. Without any fuss Tideswell pharmacy kindly and efficiently sorted out the problem. We had a potentially quite serious 'lack of insulin' problem while holidaying in this area- Via a phone call Simon had calmed the situation putting in place a plan A & a plan B plus ordering the insulin in the background while I was just talking, as he knew the 12 noon ordering deadline/cut off and I did not! - Simon/Jess/Grace what a team we will be ever grateful for their 'above and beyond' approach to our predicament THANK YOU

My boyfriend and I travelled from Buxton on 4 separate occasions to get the travel vaccinations we needed from Simon at Tideswell Pharmacy. Each time the process and vaccine was quick and easy and we felt fully informed and supported. The staff are all super friendly, pharmacy well stocked and offer great service & advice.
